These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Maba88 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at Maba88. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Maba88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

• Confirmed bets cannot be reversed except where expressly stated in the relevant game rules
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game type are as set out on the platform
• In the event of a technical failure during live betting, Maba88 reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bet
• Any bet placed using insider information is strictly prohibited
• Betting results displayed on the platform are final once verified by maba88
• Maba88 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager deemed suspicious

For Sports Betting, official results issued by the relevant sports governing body (such as FAM for the Malaysia Super League, or BWF for badminton) serve as Maba88's definitive reference for determining bet outcomes.

Maba88 is committed to a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Maba88 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds, including winnings, in that account without any compensation.

Maba88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
